A claims made policy, triggered at the ACAS conciliation stage, with cover dependent on our assessment of the claim’s prospect of success.

Unlike other legal expenses policies, cover is tailored to suit your needs, including:

Varying levels of indemnity from £50,000 – £125,000 for any one claim, and £500,000 – £1,000,000 on aggregate. Varying levels of policy excess ranging from £0 – £5,000 on any one claim.

The policy cover can also be tailored to include: representation costs only, awards and settlements only, representation costs, awards and settlements, and employee pursuit cover can be included in the event of a breach of contractual restrictions.

The claims process is managed in-house so you get the best support to know your risks at the outset, and if you follow advice, can limit any claim’s prospects and therefore your cost exposure and that of the insurer.

Any offer of cover is subject to submission of a completed proposal, audit, and the underwriters approval.
